live/BACKEND Shifts makes all the coordination of shift plans easy to manage directly on your Smartphone. The app is tailored to music venues, festivals and theatres, but can also be used by other organisations who seek an effective tool for managing shift plans.

Using live/BACKEND Shifts requires that you are a live/BACKEND customer.

live/BACKEND Shifts enables you to:
• Log in with your live/BACKEND customer information and see relevant shift plans
• See shifts that you can sign up for
• See shifts you are already signed up for
• See shifts you are signed up for as a backup
• See shifts that have been suggested for you to sign up for
• See shifts that are cancelled

Additionally, each shift contains a number of features where you can:
• See information on time and place of the event
• See which tasks you are assigned to
• Report sick

Managers are continuously informed of changes and are able to approve/reject signups for shifts via the live/BACKEND platform.
